Payment

What payment options are available?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We currently don't accept PayPal. 

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely! Your online purchase through our website is guarded with the highest level of security certification. Look out for the SSL Secure Shopping logo during check out for peace of mind.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 5.00pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) will be despatched the next working day via our courier service. On average delivery will take around 3-5 working days from date of despatch. Certain areas such as the Scottish Isles or Highlands may take slightly longer. 

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £2.99. Delivery is free of charge on all orders above £15.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all UK addresses including Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) but not to PO Boxes or BFPO locations.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

PANIC! No, don’t! Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will sort it out for you!

I noticed that you are based in Manchester.  Can I come and collect to save on postage?

YES! We want to reduce the impact of packaging on the environment so we can arrange pick-ups/drop-offs on certain days if we’re out and about. Contact us before placing your order and we will do our best!

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

YES DEFINITELY! Our delivery envelopes are made from 100% recycled and recylable paper. We use no plastic.

Product

Do your bags have an expiry date?

Because our bags are 100% compostable we ask our customers to store them in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight as this can compromise the integrity of the bag. We advise all our customers to use our bags within a year.

I am unhappy with the product, what should I do?

We are sorry that you aren't happy, please contact us and we will do our very best to make things right. 

I have not heard of your company before?

Please be assured that we are a genuine and registered UK based business.

I am having trouble getting the sticker off my poo bag rolls without ripping the bag apart. What should I do?

Fear not. We know that this is a common issue and just a few simple steps will help. Watch the video below!

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my purchase?

At the moment, we do not accept any returns. However, if you are unhappy with our product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

My bags have arrived and they are damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us with some details and we will do everything we can to help you.
